No Global Entry Appointments Available? 7 Practical Next Steps

Seeing no suitable Global Entry interview can be frustrating. Availability changes as applicants cancel or reschedule, so a full calendar is not always permanent.

Check conditional approval

You must receive conditional approval before scheduling. Sign in to the official Trusted Traveler Programs system and check your messages.

Consider Enrollment on Arrival

Conditionally approved applicants may complete the interview during an eligible international arrival through CBP Enrollment on Arrival. Review airports, hours and documents first. A domestic connection alone does not qualify.

Search realistically

Compare nearby enrollment centers and locations you can reach. Check the official scheduler regularly because openings can appear after cancellations. Keep your passport, proof of residence and other documents ready.

Use alerts carefully

Appointment Hopper monitors Global Entry availability and sends alerts when selected availability changes. It does not reserve an appointment or access your TTP account. You book through CBP yourself.

Confirm current rules with CBP. Appointment Hopper is private and not affiliated with CBP or DHS. Availability, approval and booking are not guaranteed.
